Cancellation and refund policy

Before purchase

Review the service scope, eligibility, exclusions, one-time or recurring nature and total price before paying. Separate third-party and government charges are not QABS service fees.

Requesting cancellation

Contact n@qabs1.store or open a support request from your account with the order reference. Do not include sensitive documents or payment card details. We review the stage of work and external commitments before confirming the amount, if any, that can be refunded.

Before and after execution

For work not started and costs not committed, cancellation is reviewed against the agreed terms and applicable consumer rights. After work begins, completed work and documented non-recoverable costs may affect the refund. Government filing charges or provider charges already paid may be non-refundable under that provider’s rules; this does not automatically make every QABS service fee non-refundable.

Ineligibility or provider refusal

Payment does not guarantee acceptance by a bank, gateway, government or other provider. If a service cannot proceed, we explain the available next step and assess unperformed work and committed costs. Do not assume an automatic full refund or an automatic denial solely because a third party declined an application.

Digital products and subscriptions

Downloadable products may have specific license and cancellation conditions shown before purchase, subject to mandatory law. Any real recurring plan must disclose its cancellation procedure and renewal date before consent. A current one-time purchase does not create automatic renewal.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are handled through the original payment process when available. Bank and provider processing times vary. The portal status may update only after financial verification. For an incorrect charge or missing delivery, contact support promptly. Your statutory rights are not restricted by this policy.
