QABS is an independent service platform. It is not a government authority, bank, tax authority or payment provider. Names of third parties describe the relevant service and do not imply endorsement, partnership or guaranteed availability.

No guaranteed approval

We do not guarantee company filing acceptance, banking or payment account approval, payment-processing activation, tax treatment, funding, visa status or a particular processing date. Each authority and provider applies its own eligibility and verification requirements.

Assistance, not account sale

Application assistance means review, preparation and permitted technical support under the product scope. Accounts and applications must belong to the real customer and use truthful information. We do not sell ready-made verified accounts, bypass identity controls or promise access in an unsupported country.

Professional advice and prices

General information and administrative support are not a substitute for qualified legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Government and external fees may change and must be checked for the selected state, entity and service. A service fee is not a government charge; EIN issuance by the IRS can be free when applying directly through the appropriate route.

Payment, documents and automation

Successful payment is not proof that an outside filing has been submitted or accepted. Data must still be complete and reviewed before authorized execution. Use only the signed-in private portal for requested sensitive documents. Notifications and estimated status are not official government or provider certificates.
