Information we process

QABS processes account and contact details, order and payment status, service requirements, support messages and documents necessary for a requested service. Card details are handled by Shopify and its payment providers, not stored in the QABS portal.

Why we use it

We use information to verify access, manage purchases, collect service requirements, communicate updates, provide support, prevent abuse and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Marketing messages require an appropriate choice or legal basis separate from transactional updates.

Documents and access

Submit sensitive documents only through the protected document area in your signed-in portal when required. Do not put passports, SSNs, passwords, API keys or card details in public forms, email or chat. The portal restricts document access to the owning customer and authorized administration and encrypts private document content. Do not assume a public or reference attachment field is suitable for sensitive documents. Uploaded files are not currently antivirus-scanned.

Service providers

Shopify processes commerce and checkout data. Cloudflare hosts portal infrastructure. Email providers deliver account and transaction messages. Other service providers may receive necessary data only for an authorized service and through the approved execution process. A purchase does not itself mean information has been submitted to a government agency or outside provider.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for the requested service, support, security and applicable legal obligations. Private portal documents currently have a 180-day expiry process unless applicable obligations or an agreed service require otherwise. Backups and operational records may have separate retention periods. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; some transaction or legal records cannot be deleted immediately.

Cookies and messages

Sessions and necessary security controls support sign-in and service delivery. The storefront may use its configured cookie and consent controls. Administrative alerts contain limited event references rather than document contents. Email delivery is subject to the mail provider and recipient system.

Contact n@qabs1.store with privacy questions or requests. Information may be processed across countries where service providers operate. This notice may be updated when the service or legal requirements change.
