Service scope

QABS provides the services described on each product or written quote. Review deliverables, exclusions, eligibility, billing frequency and final charges before paying. A package includes only the components expressly listed; company formation, EIN, registered agent services, store work and application assistance are not automatically interchangeable.

Payment and external fees

Approved services are paid upfront through Shopify checkout. QABS service fees, government charges, provider fees, domain costs, platform subscriptions and other external costs are separate unless explicitly included. An unknown fee is not zero. Custom work needs a confirmed quote. Existing displayed reference prices must not be treated as a quote for unspecified work.

Customer information

Provide accurate information, confirm ownership and authority, and supply necessary documents through the portal. Do not share account passwords or payment secrets. Processing may be delayed until information and eligibility are reviewed. Never buy a duplicate EIN or registered-agent component already included in a package.

Execution and external decisions

Verified payment opens the relevant portal process; it does not automatically file with a government, open a bank account, activate a payment gateway, purchase a domain or begin external execution. Government bodies, banks and providers make their own decisions. Estimated timing depends on complete information and outside processing and is not a guaranteed approval date.

Professional services and acceptable use

General preparation and administrative assistance are not a representation that QABS is licensed to provide legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Regulated advice requires an appropriately qualified professional. We do not sell verified financial accounts or bypass identity checks. Fraud, impersonation and unlawful use are prohibited.

Subscriptions, changes and support

A recurring service may be offered only when its price, billing cycle, renewal and cancellation terms are clearly stated and a working subscription plan is available. A product described as annual or monthly does not by itself authorize automatic renewal. Changes outside the agreed scope require a separate agreement. Applicable rights

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. These terms do not exclude liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law. Legal interpretation, governing-law details and business disclosures should be reviewed for the actual contracting entity before relying on them for a particular jurisdiction.
